Happy new year to all our customers. To help those new year’s Detox plans along we have included some new low fat recipes and a few Detox tips.

It’s going to be an exciting year in the organic supermarket. Our farmer Marc Michel in Wicklow has planted an entire field dedicated to our store.  Our spring seasonal produce will be even larger this year with crops of organic lettuce, leeks, carrots, celery, broccoli, tomatoes, onion, herbs planted. With five deliveries a week you will have farm fresh produce all week long.

Our organic chickens from Mary Regan in Wexford are becoming so popular it’s hard to keep them on the shelves.  As a result, we have introduced a weekly ordering system, so if you would like a chicken reserved each week just give our team a call.  Our organic chickens are all over 2kg in weight and are one of the most competitively priced products in the store at €16.95.

We will be introducing many new lines of product over the coming months.  January saw the launch of the Organic Herb Company’s range, including infused spiced oils, seed mixes and spice blend mixes.  One product that  is proving to be very popular is the Brooklodge Spice rub.   In our chilled department, we have also introduced fresh Salmon darns from the organic salmon company which are simply delicious.
