What you Need:
- 2 Large raw beetroot
- 2 large peeled carrots
- 2 celery sticks
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 tomatoes skinned
- 50g butter
- 1 onion thinly sliced

- 2  Medium potatoes (peeled and chopped)

Low Fat Winter Warmer – Spicy Sweet Potato & Lentil Soup

What you Need:
- 100g Red Lentils (no need to soak)
- 1 onion chopped
- knob of butter
- 1 garlic clove chopped
- 2 tbsp curry paste
- 450g sweet potatoes peeled and cubed
