Where do you deliver to?
We deliver within the 32 counties of Ireland. We do not ship internationally.
Which payment methods are accepted on the online shop?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, and PayPal.
How much will I pay for delivery?
Delivery costs €4.95 within the 32 Counties. Delivery is free for orders over €100.
What happens when I place my order?
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is received by our system. If your order is placed before 2pm Monday-Friday our staff will handpick your order that day. With Dublin City and County, if your order is placed before 2pm, we will deliver on that same day between 4pm and 8pm. You will be asked to provide your mobile phone number at checkout. Once your order dispatches you will receive a text message from our partner, Wheels Couriers, and you can then arrange the delivery time slot that best suits you. If you order from outside the Greater Dublin Area, it will be delivered the following day. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time due to influencing factors beyond our control, however once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number which will enable you to check the status of your order. Please bear in mind we can currently deliver on weekdays only. If your order is placed after 2pm on a Friday please expect your order on Monday (for appropriate same-day service) or Tuesday (for next-day delivery service).
When will I receive my order?
If you are outside the Greater Dublin Area and you place your order before 2pm you will receive it on the next business day. At present our same day Dublin delivery schedule is as follows: South Dublin - Monday, Tuesdays & Thursdays North Dublin - Wednesdays & Fridays If you have selected Dublin Same Day Delivery on a day which is appropriate for your location you will receive it that day between 2:30pm-8pm should you have placed the order before 2pm. Please bear in mind we can currently deliver on weekdays only. If your order is placed after 2pm on a Friday please expect your order on Monday (for appropriate same-day service) or Tuesday (for next-day delivery service). IMPORTANT! We can not deliver to you through Parcel Motel. It is our company policy not to send our packages through Parcel Motel or similar services. We have our own deliverer for core Dublin addresses and use An Post/a courier for the rest of the country. Due to our freshness promise and our company policy we can not send our products to a Parcel Motel address. Please make sure you enter your home/work address so we can deliver your order appropriately. If you have ordered a product that is currently out of stock, a member of staff will contact you to clarify the delivery date.
Can I order online and pick up in-store?
Yes, of course! Simply place your order and select “in-store pick up” at the checkout. Our staff will have chosen the freshest produce and carefully packed your order without charge, and it will be ready for you to collect at your convenience.
If I’m not at home can the driver leave it with a neighbour or in the porch?
No problem. At checkout please put your request into the comments screen and we will endeavour to deliver as per your instructions. Please refer to our Delivery Info section for further information on our delivery services.
How secure is shopping in your online shop?
Our online payment system uses state of the art encryption, our transactions are processed through AIB and we never store nor have visibility of your card details, so you can shop our site with complete confidence.
Tell me more about your weekly Vegetable Box.
Our selection of organic Vegetable Boxes are perfect for the whole family. The contents of this box will change with the seasons, just as nature intended, therefore no nasty preservatives or pesticides, and plenty of flavour! Our Vegetable Box typically contains root vegetables in winter and salad items in summer. Due to the variety and volume of seasonal organic vegetables, it is not possible to update the website every week with the exact box content, but you will receive staples and we’ll keep it interesting with seasonal varietals too!
Can I exclude things I don’t need or like from my Fruit/Vegetable Box?
Of course you can. In the comments field at checkout, list anything you do not want to be included and we will substitute other items instead.

What is the country of origin of this fruit/vegetable?
We get thousands of kilograms of fruit and vegetables delivered every day by our suppliers and so it’s not practical for us to update every product’s country of origin every day (unless we hire a team of elves…we’re looking into it!). Our general rule is that if we can grow it in Ireland and it is in season, then Ireland will be the country of origin. When Irish farms are not in season, or in the case of more exotic fruit and vegetables, we purchase from our main EU suppliers, primarily Holland, France and Spain. If you are concerned about a particular product or country of origin please call our support team and we can give you the exact origin for the product on that day over the phone. All of our products are from certified organic farms and we never airfreight.
Can you deliver chilled items?
Currently we cannot deliver chilled or refrigerated items, however we are researching this and you’ll be the first to know when we introduce this service. Sign up to our newsletter in the footer below to get these and other updates from us.
